Classification of dynamic organizational forms and coordination roles

چکیده

The paper introduces a heuristic for the identification of coordination needs in interorganizational arrangements. Based on a classification of interorganizational arrangements coordination needs in dynamic organizational forms are identified. The classification criteria are used to specify corresponding coordination tasks. Elaborating on the concept of coordination roles, tasks are assigned to particular types of interorganizational arrangements.
